Refund policy

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to return

Email support@bowlita.com with your order number before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we will email you the return address in Vancouver, Canada. Items sent without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping cost

• If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, Bowlita pays for return shipping.
• For all other returns, the customer pays for return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away. You may choose a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
